Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask before their first order — about price, lead times, materials and delivery. If your answer isn’t here, get in touch.
01Price & ordering
How much does 3D printing cost?
Price depends on the part’s mass and material: from 10 RSD/g for PLA to 16 RSD/g for TPU, plus 20% for machine time. A small 30–40 g PETG bracket costs around 500 RSD. See the exact amount for your model in the calculator in seconds.
How accurate is the calculator price?
The calculator derives mass from the model’s geometry and lands within ±10–15% for most parts. We confirm the final price within 2–5 hours, once a person has checked the file and estimated supports. A confirmed price never changes.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes 2–5 working days depending on size and quantity. Express production in 24–48 h costs +30% (at least 300 RSD) and depends on machine availability — ask us before ordering.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We print a single part weighing a few grams. There are no setup fees either — you pay only for material and machine time.
Is VAT included?
No VAT is charged. The amount you see in the calculator and in the confirmed quote is what you pay, plus courier delivery if you choose it.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, applied automatically per part: −5% from 5 pieces, −10% from 20 and −15% from 50 pieces of the same part. For runs of several hundred, write to us for a custom quote.
02Technical questions
Which file formats do you accept?
The calculator reads STL, 3MF and OBJ. Through the contact form or WhatsApp you can also send STEP files, PDF drawings, sketches or photos. 3MF or STL exported in millimetres works best.
How big a part can you print?
The largest single piece is 350 × 350 × 350 mm. Larger objects are split into keyed segments and joined so the seam is strong and barely visible.
How accurate are the prints?
Typical tolerance is ±0.2 mm, better on small features. Layer height ranges from 0.08 mm for fine surfaces to 0.28 mm for fast, chunky parts. If a part must fit a bearing or shaft, tell us the dimension and we’ll tune the print profile.
Which material should I choose?
For looks and models — PLA. For functional parts — PETG. For heat (engine bays, near heaters) — ABS or ASA. For outdoors and sunlight — ASA. For rubbery, flexible parts — TPU. See the full comparison on the Materials page.
Do you print in multiple colours?
Yes. The CFS system on our K2 Plus printers switches between up to four colours in one print, so logos, lettering and figures come out coloured without painting. Multi-colour printing costs nothing extra.
I don’t have a 3D model. What now?
Send a technical drawing, a dimensioned sketch, a photo, or bring the broken original. We model the part in CAD and send it for your approval before printing. Modelling is priced individually by complexity.
Can you print a model I downloaded?
Yes — send a link from Printables, Thingiverse or MakerWorld, or the file itself. For commercial use please check the author’s licence; we print, the usage rights remain your responsibility.
03Delivery & privacy
How do I get my order?
Pick it up at Mrakovička 25 or Dragiše Lapčevića 7 in Belgrade, weekdays 8am–5pm, once we tell you it’s ready. Or we ship by courier to any address in Serbia — shipping is paid by the customer at courier rates.
Are my files safe?
We never share, publish or reuse your models. Files of enquiries that don’t become orders are deleted automatically within 60 days; models of confirmed orders are kept for reprints and deleted on request. If you need an NDA, we sign it before receiving your files.
Is support removal included?
Yes, basic support removal is always included. If you need extra finishing — sanding, threaded inserts, or assembling several parts — write to us and we’ll agree on the details.
